Purchase procedure

We are able to assist clients in arranging the financing required to purchase a residential unit if they wish. Standard payment terms are as follows:

The reservation fee is CZK 500 000,- including VAT

Payment of 20% of the total purchase price is made upon signing the contract of the future agreement including the already paid reservation fee
•
The signing of the future purchase agreement follows within 30 days after the signing of the reservation contract; this period can be adjusted based on the requirements of the interested party
•
Additional payment of the purchase price follows after the unit is completed, expected completion in Q3 2026
